Do I Need To Book An Appointment?
Yes! We recommend you book your appointment at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred day and time.

Booking Policy
All appointments require a $50 Booking Deposit to secure your booking, and we are unable to hold your booking without a booking deposit, or card details on file. This is Non-Refundable for all treatments and comes off of your appointment cost. Your appointment cannot be held without a deposit, and will be cancelled if this is not confirmed 48 hours before the appointment start time.
We do also require a contact number to complete the booking, this is to ensure we can reach you if need be.
Cancellation Policy
Your well-being is very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, resulting in schedule adjustments. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum 48 hours notice.
Bookings that are cancelled within the 48 hour period of your appointment start time will incur a cancellation fee, which is the remaining appointment cost.
Clients that have cancelled three consecutive appointments will be required to pay the entire appointment cost in place of a Booking Deposit.
No Show Policy
We have a strict no show policy, which ensures that the clinic runs smoothly for all clients and staff.
Clients that do not show up to an appointment will be required to pay the full appointment cost, and this must be paid within one week of the missed appointment.
3 no shows, or failure to pay the no show fee will result in being unable to book with us again.
What If I Have A Medical Condition?
It is important you advise us of any medical conditions you may have, no matter how minor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, some of our treatments may not be safe. Ensure you communicate with your technician any prescription medication, vitamins or supplements you are taking.
