We are not a Beauty Salon that also offers Eyelash Extensions as a side service, we have a professionally trained, dedicated Eyelash Extension technician who specialises in Classic and Volume Eyelash Extensions of the highest quality as well as continuing her personal growth and training to stay sharp.

This specialised skill is an asset to you our client as you will receive a talented and highly skilled technician, not someone who has completed a one or two day training course in the application of lash extensions.

We will never over extend our clients natural lashes as this will cause drooping, twisting of the lashes and unnatural lash shedding that may lead to permanent damage.

Why should i get my eyelash extensions done at Synergy Wellness Centre?

 

Applying extensions is a highly technical and skilled procedure. A bad extension job can be painful and damage your lashes. Unlike some of our competition, our technicians train for months, are held to strict quality-control standards, and use the safest products. Our combination of great skill and excellent products will show in the longevity and the beautiful, natural appearance and feel of your lashes.

What style of extensions?  Classic or Volume?
Classic Extensions

The Classic style is created by applying one lash extensions to one natural lash. If you have 80 natural lashes, you will only be able to apply 80 lash extensions using the Classic technique.  Different lengths can still be achieved.

 

This is a very natural look.

Refills

2 weeks – From $80
3 weeks – From $95

 

Anything longer than 3 weeks is not a refill and will be charged as a new full set due to the number of lashes required and the time to complete the service.

Russian Volume Extensions

The Russian Volume style is created using multiple lash extensions which are hand made on-the-spot into a fan then adhered to your natural lash. You can have double, triple, or up to sextuple the amount of eyelash extensions.

 

What makes this technique so amazing is that the Russian Volume lash extensions are extremely thin and light. This style takes a considerable amount of time and skill and as such, quality services are higher priced.

 

The weight of this technique is often less than or equal to the weight of a Classic eyelash extension.

You will often see volume lashes advertised as 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D or similar. What does this all mean?

Terminology:

2D = 2 Lash Extensions per 1 Natural Lash

3D = 3 Lash Extensions per 1 Natural Lash

4D = 4 Lash Extensions per 1 Natural Lash

5D = 5 Lash Extensions per 1 Natural Lash

6D = 6 Lash Extensions per 1 Natural Lash

 

This is also why it is more of a financial investment for clients. This technique requires a specific certification, many months of practice, and very specific adhesives & lash types.

Our Salon Policy

A credit card or a deposit is required to schedule and hold appointments. 

We require a minimum 24 hours notice should reschedule an appointment.

Should you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will not be refunded with no exception.

We require a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

If adequate notice is not provided we reserve the right to apply the full cost of the service.

Changes to appointments can be done via phone, text, messenger or telephone.

 

*Full payment is required for No-show or missed appointments.

Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice are welcome to send someone else in their place.

Late arrivals – please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

Lastly, please note all deposits are non-refundable, however if a cancellation is made or clients need to reschedule, we are able transfer the deposit to a new booking provided a minimum of 24 hours notice has been given.
