  • How long is the session?
    It is recommended that each session is a minimum of 15 minutes and maximum of 20 minutes. This will vary based on the skin condition, light therapy colour and the health of your skin. Your specialist will recommend the appropriate settings for you.
  • How often can I use the LED Light Lounge?
    LED Light Therapy can be enjoyed multiple times per week. You must allow 48 hours in between sessions.
  • What do I need to do?
    Make a booking online to secure the LED Light Lounge If this is your first LED Lounge visit, you will escorted to the Lounge and given instructions on how to operate the LED Light Cleanse your skin using our Synergy Skin Bar, fully stocked with cosmeceutical products. The same products we use in our in-clinic treatments and home care we recommend We have a hot towel cabbie in the room for you to remove your cleanser/makeup before entering the LED Light You may bring your own headphones to listen to music or may use our over-the-ear headphones and choose a playlist from our iPad. You may also choose to have a silent session Sit back and relax under the LED Light Apply your serums, moisturiser, and SPF All done !
  • Who is not suitable for LED?
    ‍You cannot have an LED Light Therapy session if you are pregnant, epileptic, have a photo allergy, active cold sores, uncontrolled diabetes or are on medications that promote light sensitivity (for example, doxycycline, roaccutane, some antibiotics, lithium). When making your online booking, you agree that you do not have any of the above.
  • What is an LED Light Therapy treatment?
    LED is a fast, painless, non-invasive and cost-effective treatment which produces amazing results. For these reasons, LED Treatments have become a popular lunch time or after gym treatment for people who are short on time or who have busy schedules. LED helps to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, reduce inflammation, stimulate collagen production, prevent breakouts, and brighten the skin. This treatment is a valuable add-on for any clinic skin treatment which may cause bruising or swelling, such as injectables (both anti-wrinkle and filler).
  • What is included? Not Included?
    Our self serve LED Light Lounge sessions include our professional cleansing and finishing products, a relaxing 20-minute LED treatment, and a complimentary Ultimate + Collagen drink, all in your own private treatment room. Our dermal therapist will be available to help with any questions or assistance you may need along the way. This is a self-serve lounge and as such, does not include any facial treatments. You are more than welcome to add your LED Light Lounge onto any of our clinical treatments.
